The Sharia of Moses in the TORA
Part 2 - The 365 Prohibitions of the Tora

20 - PLEADING FOR THE MISLEADER

Deuteronomy 13:8 -- “You shall not consent to him or listen to him, nor shall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him or conceal him”

This prohibition applies also to the members of the court sitting in judgment on the meisith. The burden of the defense thus rests entirely on the accused himself.*
