128 - ALLOWING AN APOSTATE ISRAELITE TO EAT THE PASSOVER OFFERING

Exodus 12:43 -- “And the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "This is the ordinance of the Passover: No foreigner shall eat it.”

According to Sefer ha-Chinuch, an apostate Israelite who worships idols can have no share in the Passover offering.*
