UNIT 01 - PREVIEW: What to expect in this ministry course
021 - Preview of Unit 13: Dimension 1 = Human Life With God in Bible and KoranThe first dimension of biblical teachings deals in the most general sense with what the Bible teaches about human life with God. On each level of this dimension we ask how this compares to possibly corresponding teachings of the Koran. We distinguish three levels, which we look at successively: Level 1 - revelations from God in Bible and Koran (direct and indirect revelations as well as God's revelation through Jesus Christ);
Level 2 - fellowship with God in Bible and Koran (listening to and learning from God; obedience and commitment to God; as well as speaking to and addressing God in prayer and singing); and
Level 3 - written records about such revelations from and about such fellowship with God in Bible and Koran (writing books and scripture and reading them; and the basic structure of scripture).
