124 - BAKING THE RESIDUE OF A MEAL OFFERING WITH LEAVEN
Leviticus 6:17 -- “It shall not be baked with leaven. I have given it as their portion of My offerings made by fire; it is most holy, like the sin offering and the trespass offering.”
The statement in the Mishnah is: “If one allows the residue to become leavened, one transgresses a negative commandment… One is liable for the kneading as well as for the shaping and for the baking.”*
