145 - EATING THE SIN OFFERING AND THE GUILT OFFERING OUTSIDE THE SANCTUARY COURT
Deuteronomy 12:17 -- “You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain or your new wine or your oil, of the firstlings of your herd or your flock, of any of your offerings which you vow, of your freewill offerings, or of the heave offering of your hand.”
Meat of the sin offering or of the guilt offering which has been removed from the Sanctuary Court may no longer be eaten even though it has been returned. The same law applies to meat of the lesser holy offerings with respect to the walls of the city of Jerusalem.*
