351 - A MAN LYING CARNALLY WITH HIS FATHER
Leviticus 18:7 -- “The nakedness of your father or the nakedness of your mother you shall not uncover. She is your mother; you shall not uncover her nakedness.”
Leviticus 18:22 -- “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
In this case, the willful transgressor is liable to stoning. Thus, a man who lies carnally with his father is liable on two counts: for lying carnally with a male,* and for lying carnally with his father.
