360 - A MAN INCAPABLE OF PROCREATION MARRYING A JEWESS
Deuteronomy 23:1 -- “He who is emasculated by crushing or mutilation shall not enter the congregation of the LORD.”
If such a man has intercourse with an Israelite woman after betrothal, he is punished by whipping.
“It is prohibited for an Israelite who is emasculated by crushing or mutilation to marry an Israelite woman; because the sexual intercourse is of no use and of no purpose; and that marriage would be a source of ruin to her, and to him who would claim her.”*
