a) The Blessed and Greatest Physician
The Qur'an confirms that Christ healed blind men without surgical procedures or medicine. He healed them by uttering powerful words. His word proved to have healing power -- then as well as today. Christ says according to the Qur'an:
“He made me blessed wherever I shall be.” (Sura Maryam 19:31)
وَجَعَلَنِي مُبَارَكا أَيْن مَا كُنْت (سُورَة مَرْيَم ١٩ : ٣١)
He is the true fountain of blessing to all people in all ages. (Suras Al Imran 3:49; al-Ma'ida 5:110)
The Son of Mary did not fear those afflicted with leprosy, but touched their ailing skin and healed them with His purifying Word. Christ is the greatest Physician of all times. He loved the poor and received the sick. He created hope and faith in them. He healed every sick person that was presented to Him.
