9) The Unique Qualities of Christ
If you recite the Qur'an and reflect on what you recite, then you will discover certain qualities in the life of the Son of Mary:
-- He is the
Best of all Physicians, for he healed all the sick that came to him with his divine word that is full of healing power. He never wrote a bill or asked for money for his services.
-- He is
Full of Mercy and Compassion, especially for the poor, the needy, the castaways, the sorrowful, the afflicted and the sick. He loves the little ones and calls them to find rest for their souls with him.
-- Christ is
The Victor over Death, for he raised the dead from their graves and gave life to them. He will also raise the dead on the Day of Judgment, with Allah's permission. He will call you by your name if you trusted him.
-- He is the
Word of Allah Incarnate full with its creating, healing, forgiving, comforting and renewing powers. He who believes in Him will experience His merciful power in his life.
-- He is the
Walking Spirit of Allah. He came from Allah and went back to his place of origin. Today he is alive and lives with the Almighty.

Allah, Himself, Taught Him the Torah, the Psalms, the Wisdom of Solomon, the Gospel and the Tablet kept in heaven. He is the only one who is familiar with all of Allah's predestinations, decisions and revelations.

Christ is the Omniscient One who sees through walls and knows the secrets in the hearts of men. Blessed are you if you confess your sins to him before he comes back, so that he must not reveal them in public on the last day.

He has Authority over all evil spirits. He did not forgive them, but drove them out from the demon-possessed and released his followers from the fear of Satan.
-- The Son of Mary is
the Provider for his followers. He cares for them and provides enough food and will never forget those who trust him.
-- He is the sole
Mediator who has the right to intercede with Allah for his followers, because he, in himself, is innocent and sinless; Allah answers his prayers immediately.
-- He is the
Fountain of All Heavenly Blessings to those who believe in him. He never will send anyone away who approaches him.
-- Christ is the
Reformer of the Character in his followers, that they shall become servants in love and patience like him.
-- He is the Forgiver of Sins. He has atoned for his followers before Allah and justifies them freely. He can clean your conscience from all sins.
-- The Son of Mary is The Unique Sign of Allah. He mirrors Allah and shows the holiness, humility, power, kindness and mercy of Allah himself.
Christ is characterized by many other attributes and names. In the Holy Bible, you can find 250 names, characteristics and titles of Christ. The evangelist John closes the Gospel as follows: "There are many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen." (John 21:25)

لَقَدْ آتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ
وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ
(سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ ٢ : ٨٧)
We gave 'Isa, the Son of Mary, the clear signs
and we strengthened him with the Spirit of the Holy.
(Sura al-Baqara 2:87)
قَدْ جِئْتُكُمْ بِآيَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ
أَنِّي أَخْلُقُ لَكُمْ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ
فَأَنْفُخُ فِيهِ فَيَكُونُ طَيْراً بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ
وَأُبْرِئُ الأَكْمَهَ وَالأَبْرَص
وَأُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ
وَأُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا تَأْكُلُونَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُونَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ
إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً لَكُم إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ.
(سُورَةُ آلِ عِمْرَانَ ٣ : ٤٩)
I have come to you with a sign from your Lord,
that I create for you from clay what looks like a bird,
then I blow into it and then it becomes a bird, with Allah's permission,
and I purify the blind and the lepers
and I bring to life the dead, with Allah's permission,
and I reveal to you what you eat and what you store away in your houses.
In all this there is a sign for you, if you truly believe.
(Sura Al 'Imran 3:49)
