“It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one dot of the Law to fall.” (Luke 16:17)
PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ! Our words often fall and fail. But your word never falls or fails. We are so much used to expect our world to continue existing. We can hardly imagine the whole earth, not to speak of the heavens, to pass away. And yet, you tell us that it is easier for the whole universe to be destroyed than for the tiniest part of your Torah to become null and void. Help us respect your word more and more so that its power can determine every aspect of our lives. Amen.
