6.4. Christ Supported by the Spirit of the Holy


Even though the Qur’an doesn’t mean the same thing as Christians mean by the Holy Spirit, in Islam Christ is the only one to be said supported or confirmed by the Holy Spirit:

“We gave ʽIsa son of Mary the clear signs, and confirmed him with the Holy Spirit.” (Qur’an 2:253)

That makes Christ one of a kind in Islam.
