343 - HAVING INTERCOURSE WITH ONE'S SON'S WIFE


Leviticus 18:15 --You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law--she is your son's wife--you shall not uncover her nakedness.”

The transgressor is punished by stoning; but if the evidence against him has not been substantiated in Court, or if nobody knows of the transgression, the penalty is extinction if he sinned willfully, and if he sinned unintentionally, he must offer a fixed sin offering.
