187 - EATING MEAT COOKED IN MILK
Exodus 23:19 -- “The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring into the house of the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk.”
Exodus 34:26 -- “The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring to the house of the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk.”
Deuteronomy 14:21 -- “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk.”
The Gemara of Hullin says: “He who boils meat in milk is liable to whipping, and he who eats of it is liable to whipping.”*

According to Maimonides, we must abstain from milk and butter for six hours after we have partaken of meat.*
