350 - A MAN LYING CARNALLY WITH A MALE
Leviticus 18:22 -- “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
The transgressor of this commandment is punished by stoning. If he is not stoned, he is liable to extinction if the sin was willful; if it was committed unintentionally, he must offer a fixed sin offering.
Maimonides is of the opinion that the verse, There shall be no ritual harlot of the daughters of Israel, or a perverted one of the sons of Israel. (Deuteronomy 23:17) is repeated for the purpose of strengthening the commandment under consideration.
