All of the six Koran passages mention this second subject:
Sura al-Baqara 2:34 -- “And (it was) when we (i.e. Allah) said to the angels, ‘Prostrate to Adam!’; …”
Sura al-A'raf 7:11-18 -- “11 … Then we said to the angels, ‘Prostrate to Adam!’ …”
Sura al-Hijr 15:28-43 -- “29 So when I have fashioned him and blown into him of my spirit, then fall down to him (i.e. to the human being), prostrating.’ ” -
Sura al-Isra' 17:61-66 -- “61 And (it was) when we (i.e. Allah) said to the angles, ‘Prostrate to Adam!’ …”
Sura Ta Ha 20:116-117 -- “116 And (it was) when we (i.e. Allah) said to the angels, ‘Prostrate to Adam!’ …”
