298 - LEAVING OBSTACLES ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE DOMAIN


Deuteronomy 22:8 -- “When you build a new house, then you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you may not bring guilt of bloodshed on your household if anyone falls from it.”

“Whoever keeps on his premises anything dangerous, such as a vicious dog or an unsafe ladder, is put under a ban till he removes the nuisance.”*
