299 - GIVING MISLEADING ADVICE

Leviticus 19:14 -- “You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shall fear your God: I am the LORD.”

By this prohibition, it is forbidden to give misleading advice. Thus, if one asks your advice on a matter which he does not fully understand, you are forbidden to mislead or deceive him; you must give him what you consider the right guidance.
